Join us for a free, fun night of networking with employers across the accounting profession! You are invited to explore career opportunities at our Annual Fall Accounting Career Fair on Monday, October 7th from 4:30-6:30 pm in the Viking Pavilion at Portland State University!
We will have a variety of accounting employers represented at the event, including public accounting, corporate, governmental, and non-profit partners. Required attire is business casual, but business professional is recommended.
For students interested in public accounting, this event is an excellent opportunity to develop strong professional connections before submitting applications and interviewing with public accounting employers for 2025-2026 internships and full time positions. While there will be additional networking opportunities in Winter and Spring terms, we highly encourage you to attend this event as fall is the primary hiring season for those positions.
Why should you attend?
Students planning to apply for 2025-2026 full time accounting jobs or internships with a variety of firms: Networking with employers give you the opportunity to learn more about them (and them to learn more about you) before interview decisions are made. Building connections through Meet the Firms can make a big difference in the volume of interviews you receive and the firms that you are interested in. Students not planning to apply for any positions: This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about accounting employers and future opportunities that you can take advantage of.
