ABOUT ABOUT

PSU's Beta Alpha Psi chapter invites you to prepare for your career and learn about the unique career opportunities available to underrepresented & diverse students in accounting!

The opportunities highlighted at this event are generally for students that identify as Black, African American, Latinx, Pacific Islander, Indigenous, LGBTQ+, Disabled, Women, and Veterans. However, students that do not identify with those groups are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The event will be held on Friday, February 2nd from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm in the Karl Miller Center at PSU, with an optional breakfast for Community College students at 8:30. During the event, you'll hear from accounting alumni that launched their careers in public accounting and you'll have the opportunity to have your resume reviewed, practice your interview skills, and build relationships with accounting professionals over a free lunch.

The attire is smart casual. Please wear a nice blouse or button-up top that you would be comfortable interviewing in. Please visit the School of Business Career Center for access to the free clothing closet if you are in need of business smart attire.
